I'm Jeremy "DJ" Rictor, co-founder of the Global Scholastic Wrestling Alliance (GSWA). While many people know me through music, entertainment, and media, my purpose has always been much bigger than the stage. As a proud Puerto Rican whose family's roots trace back to Utuado, I've been fortunate to build a career working alongside Grammy Award-winning artists, Super Bowl champions, Olympic gold medalists, and organizations including ESPN, the NFL, Pepsi, iHeartRadio, FOX Sports, NCAA, and Penn State University. Every opportunity has reinforced one belief: Success means the most when you use it to create opportunities for others.GSWA allows me to combine my relationships, experience, and platform to give back to Puerto Rico and help create opportunities that will impact generations to come.

My Story
Growing up with deep Puerto Rican roots, I always believed our island possessed incredible talent, passion, and potential. Throughout my career in entertainment and sports, I've been blessed to meet remarkable people from every walk of life. Whether working with Grammy-winning artists, professional athletes, or some of the world's biggest organizations, one lesson remained constant:
Relationships change lives. Every meaningful opportunity I've experienced began because someone believed in me, opened a door, or made an introduction.That's why GSWA means so much to me.
This initiative allows me to bring together leaders from sports, education, business, media, and our local communities to build something far greater than wrestling events. We're building relationships that can transform lives. Puerto Rico has no shortage of talent. Sometimes, it simply needs more opportunity.
Mission
I believe every young athlete deserves access to mentors, role models, and opportunities that can change the direction of their future. Our mission goes far beyond camps and competitions.
We're creating pathways that connect students with elite coaches, educational opportunities, scholarships, leadership development, and lifelong relationships.
Success isn't measured by attendance numbers.
It's measured by the number of young people whose lives are changed because someone believed in them.
